    Job responsibilities
    1. Responsible for the development of new models of power batteries;
    2. Responsible for the application and development of new material system for power battery;
    3. Preliminary research on power battery technology;
    4. Application Research of power battery;
    5. Continuous improvement of battery performance of existing products;
    6. Project management of power battery;
    7. Customer consultation and complaint handling;
    8. Talent training and application for various funded projects.

    Job requirements
    1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry and materials, fluent English, intermediate engineer qualification certificate;
    2. Doe design, 6Sigma, project management, APQP, etc.
    3. Have relevant R & D sample production experience, understand the working principle of battery, be familiar with relevant equipment and manufacturing experience for more than 3 years;
    4. Familiar with the working principle and related manufacturing process of lithium-ion battery, familiar with the relevant characteristics of lithium-ion battery materials, understand the latest trends of battery development and new product development process;
    5. Have strong independent development ability, have certain planning and coordination ability, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to adapt to a certain degree of overtime

  • Sales manager

    Job responsibilities
    1. Responsible for existing customer management and relationship maintenance. Continuously develop new customers.
    2. Accurately grasp market expectations and formulate business plans.
    3. Track customer order confirmation, delivery, product acceptance and payment collection in accounting period.
    4. Track and report all sales indicators of the sales team to achieve KPI assessment objectives.
    5. Handle the business cooperation relationship with customers.

    Job requirements
    1. Bachelor degree or above
    2. Strong English reading, writing and oral expression skills
    3. At least 5 years working experience in lithium ion battery or automotive industry
    4. Rich sales management experience
    5. Good leadership and organizational skills

  • SQE (cell material / pack)

    Quality management department | 2 People | Huizhou | Release Time 2021-07-21

    Job responsibilities
    1. Evaluate the quality management system and control capability of new suppliers;
    2. Monitor the APQP process of supplier's new material development and approve the mass production status of new materials;
    3. Deal with incoming defects and follow up the supplier's corrective and preventive measures;
    4. Assess the quality delivery of suppliers, set annual objectives, and organize suppliers to formulate and implement annual continuous improvement plans;

    Job requirements
    1. At least 2 years working experience in supplier quality management in new energy / automotive industry (positive and negative materials, sheet metal parts);
    2. Familiar with iatf16949, five tools and VDA6.3 & 6.5;
    3. Be able to independently complete quality system, process and product audit;
    4. Have strong communication skills, expression ability, promotion ability and pressure resistance ability
